• Account information: when you sign in with Google Sign-In or Facebook Login, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider so we can create and identify your account inside the App.
• Community content: if you choose to comment on a Bible verse, like a comment, or share content from the App, we store the text you submit, your display name, and the timestamp of that activity. This content may be visible to other users of the App.
• Support requests: if you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Device information (device model, operating system and version, language, screen size)
• App usage data (features used, screens viewed, audio chapters played, session length, crash and error logs)
• Advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID) used to serve and measure ads
• Approximate location derived from IP address, where used by our advertising or analytics partners
• Log data such as IP address, access times, and app version, collected for security and diagnostic purposes

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create, secure, and let you sign in to your account
• To operate community features — saving, displaying, and moderating comments, likes, and shares on Bible verses
• To play and personalize audio Bible content and remember your reading/listening progress
• To show advertising through Google AdMob, including personalized ads where permitted and consented to
• To measure app performance, fix bugs, and improve features
• To respond to support requests
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or violations of our terms
• To comply with applicable law

Google AdMob may use the advertising identifier and other device data to show ads relevant to you and to measure ad performance. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's ad settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads on Android), or reset/delete your advertising ID at any time.

4. Community Features

Holy Bible Audio KJV Study includes optional community tools that let you engage with Scripture alongside other users:

• Comments: you may post comments on individual Bible verses. Comments display your chosen name/profile picture and are visible to other users.
• Likes: you may like comments or verses; this activity is associated with your account.
• Share: you may share a verse or comment to other apps (e.g., messaging or social apps) installed on your device, using your device's native share function. We do not access the content of those external apps.

We may remove community content that violates our content guidelines or applicable law, and may suspend accounts for abusive behavior. Please do not post sensitive personal information in public comments, since this content is visible to other users.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• The third-party service providers listed in Section 3, to operate the features described above
• Law enforcement or regulators, where required by law or to protect our legal rights
• A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy

6. Data Retention

We retain account and community data for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to operate the App. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using the contact details below; we will delete or anonymize this data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal or security purposes.

7. Your Choices and Rights

• Access and deletion: you may request a copy of, or the deletion of, the personal data we hold about you by emailing us.
• Account deletion: you may delete your account from within the App's settings, or by contacting us, which removes your profile and associated comments/likes.
• Ad personalization: you may limit ad tracking through your device's advertising settings.
• Sign-in permissions: you can revoke the App's access to your Google or Facebook account at any time through that provider's account settings.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law (such as California, Colorado, Virginia, or Connecticut), you may have additional rights to access, correct, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. California residents may contact us to make a request regarding the categories of personal information described in this policy; we do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
